New Patient Registrations for Dental Services

Due to a significant increase in new patient registrations, we have temporarily paused accepting new patients for our Dental Team.  We will review our patient list and appointment availability in January 2025 to determine if we can accommodate new patients in the upcoming year.

If you would like to be considered for future registration, please complete the registration form.  Your details will be placed on our waiting list, and our reception team will contact you if we are able to accept you as a new patient.

Dental Care @ Home

While we are currently unable to accept new patients at our dental practice, we are still offering new patient registration for housebound individuals who require dental care at home.  If this service applies to you, please complete the registration form and indicate your need for home dental care. Our reception team will contact you to assess your clinical needs and inform you if we are able to register you for this service.
