New Patient Registrations for Dental Services

Due to a significant increase in new patient registrations, we have temporarily paused accepting new patients for our Dental Team. We will review our patient list and appointment availability in January 2025 to determine if we can accommodate new patients in the upcoming year.

If you would like to be considered for future registration, please complete the online registration form. Your details will be placed on our waiting list, and our reception team will contact you if we are able to accept you as a new patient.

Dental Emergencies

During normal surgery hours every effort will be made to offer you an appointment as soon as possible. Special times are set aside each day to attend to emergencies, so please ring early.

If you are in pain outside of surgery hours, then please telephone our emergency number: 07841 662538

If you need to see a dentist, the appropriate arrangements will be made, although not necessarily by someone from this practice.

Denplan registered patients also have an additional helpline for both home and abroad.

NB. Opening times may vary, please check with the practice.

Cancellations

If you have to cancel an appointment we would appreciate you giving us at least 24 hours notice wherever possible. This will enable us make alternative arrangements for you and perhaps see someone else for an emergency.

*Please note: There will be a charge for appointments which are either not kept or cancelled without notice.

Dental Care @ Home

We recognise that some people struggle to leave the house due to an immobility, frailty, or other condition. Because of this we are going to be offering a new home visiting service for patients located within a 15-minutes’ drive of the practice.

We will be able to offer basic dental treatment, emergency care as well as routine check-ups and cleaning.

The service will be available on a weekly basis from November 2024.
