Denplan Essentials fees from January 2025:

Denplan Band
A – includes one exam, one hygienist and one x-ray per year. 10% off treatment.
B – includes two exams, two hygienist appointments, and one x-ray per year. 10% off treatment.
C – includes one exam, two hygienist appointments and one x-ray per year. 10% off treatment.
D – includes two exams, one hygienist appointment and one x-ray per year. 10% off treatment.
E – includes one exam, four hygienist appointments and one x-ray per year. 10% off treatment.
