Disability Access

All reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that the premises at Wedmore Dental Practice are accessible to all those who need to use them in keeping with the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.

In conjunction with our practice policy the term disabled may include physical and sensory impairments, with learning disabilities, chronic or terminal users and users of mental health services.

We have surgeries located downstairs (reception level) and upstairs. If you would like to be seen downstairs please inform a member of the team when booking your appointment and this can be arranged for you.

The practice management has made every effort to make reasonable adjustments to our facilities, policies, procedures, communication, signage and staff training to ensure the ease of access to our service.
